This exhibit is one of the most comprehensive and thoughtful presentations of the history of the Civil Rights Act that has ever been curated.

I was pleased to host this morning's informative discussion with law enforcement officials from the Fifth District and to express gratitude for the outstanding job they're doing to ensure that law enforcement is working in close concert with local communities to build and maintain trust.

Every year, I look forward to this parade – not only because it pays tribute to the men and women who have served our country in uniform but because of where it takes place.

I join in marking Veterans Day, a day on which we honor the courageous men and women who have risked their lives in defense of our security and our freedom.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for the brilliant and innovative students that we have in the Fifth District and I'm excited to help foster their interest in computer science.
