I join in sending a warm congratulations to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s new President and CEO, Hilary Harp Falk. I commend Hilary on her outstanding work with the National Wildlife Federation (NWF), where she served not only as its Chief Program Officer, but also as the Regional Executive Director for the Mid-Atlantic and Director of the Choose Clean Water Coalition. Over her tenure, she has demonstrated terrific advocacy by leading restoration efforts for our beloved Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.

I’m honored to serve Maryland’s Fifth Congressional District, and I will continue to fight for the priorities of my constituents.
