A MESSAGE FROM CONGRESSMAN HOYER
The 2023 open enrollment period for health insurance began this week, and Marylanders have until December 15 to browse, compare, and enroll in quality, affordable health plans that begin on January 1, 2023. Alternatively, everyone has until January 15, 2023 to enroll in coverage that starts on February 1, 2023.

Raskin (MD-08), and David Trone (MD-06) sent a letter to U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg in support of Baltimore City’s Reconnecting Communities Pilot (RCP) program grant application to fund the planning of the redevelopment of the Highway to Nowhere in West Baltimore, a highway project that displaced hundreds of residents at the time of its construction more than 50 years ago and has divided and damaged those communities in various ways ever since.
