Hoyer (MD-05) hosted a virtual roundtable discussion with Congressman Anthony Brown (MD-04), Congresswoman Alma Adams (NC-12), and Congresswoman Lauren Underwood (IL-14) on the status of Black maternal health in our country. Brown (all D-Md.) announced more than $5.5 million in emergency federal funding to boost COVID-19 vaccine rollout and management in Prince George’s County and the City of Baltimore.

Hoyer (MD-05) joined a virtual Delegation meeting Tuesday afternoon with Senators Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen, and Congressmen Dutch Ruppersberger, John Sarbanes, Kweisi Mfume, Anthony G. Brown, Jamie Raskin, and David Trone, along with with Governor Larry Hogan and his cabinet, to discuss the Governor’s for the upcoming fiscal year.
