BALTIMORE, MD — Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) and Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger (MD-02) met with emergency personnel at the Unified Command Center tasked with reopening the Port of Baltimore after a ship collision led to the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26.
