Mr. Speaker, I rise to pay tribute to a man who put his life in harms way for our country as a member of the iconic 101st Airborne Divisions Easy Company during World War II. MSG Clarence Odell Lyall, a longtime resident of Leonardtown, Maryland, passed away on March 19.
