Today, the office of Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-5)announced that the House of Representatives has issued a one month delay in the deadline for submitting entries for the first annual Congressional science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) academic competition, the House Student App Challenge, for high school students in Maryland's Fifth Congressional District. New students are encouraged to consider joining the competition.
