The students represented both colleges and universities from the Fifth Congressional District and those who serve constituents from the Fifth District. The colleges and universities included Anne Arundel Community College; Baltimore City Community College; Bowie State University; Capitol Technology University; College of Southern Maryland (La Plata, Leonardtown, and Prince Frederick campuses); Prince George's Community College; St. Mary's College of Maryland; University of Baltimore; University of Maryland (College Park, Baltimore, and Baltimore County campuses); and the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).
