Hoyer (D-MD) today hosted a congratulatory tea on Capitol Hill for students from the Fifth Congressional District (Charles, Calvert, St. Marys and areas of Prince Georges and Anne Arundel counties) that were offered appointments to a U.S. Service academy this year. Hoyer (D-MD) today applauded the House of Representatives for reauthorizing an important provision in the FY 2007 Transportation, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development Act to restore fairness for federal employees to the flawed OMB Circular A-76 privatization process.
