A ribbon was cut Friday to mark the beginning of the Patuxent River Flight Academy at the Dr. James Forrest Career and Technology Center. A number of dignitaries were on hand to hear remarks, cut the ribbon and tour the state-of-the-art Aviation Classroom Experience (ACE).
