Today, I met with federal employees at Pax River to discuss the need to replace the irrational policy of sequester and end the furloughs that 46,000 civilian defense workers at Pax River and at military installations across Maryland are facing.

Today, I met with outstanding Maryland students participating in the NRECAs annual Youth Tour. Im pleased they had the opportunity to visit the U.S. Capitol, as well as other sites and museums in D.C. this week, and learn more about the political process.
