Today is the first day for Marylanders to enroll or change their health insurance plans for 2019 on the exchange.

We appreciate that the USDA Office of Inspector General is exercising its oversight authority to examine the unprecedented decision to relocate two vital agencies in the National Capital Region without going through normal procedures and omitting required considerations, such as a robust cost-benefit analysis.

Today, Reps. Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05), Don Beyer (VA-08), Gerald E. Connolly (VA-11), Eleanor Holmes Norton (DC-AL), Anthony G. Brown (MD-04), and Jamie Raskin (MD-08) sent a letter to Interior Department Secretary Ryan Zinke urging him to extend the public comment period for the National Parks Service’s proposal to modify the types of demonstration activities allowed on the National Mall.

I applaud Ranking Members Elijah Cummings and Peter DeFazio for pressing the Trump Administration on the FBI headquarters project. The growing allegations that President Trump was personally involved in the decision to keep the headquarters at the current site on Pennsylvania Avenue are alarming.
