Hoyer (MD-05) reintroduced the Metro Accountability and Investment Act with Members of the Capitol Region Congressional Delegation, including Representatives Gerald E. Connolly (VA-11), Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC), John Sarbanes (MD-03), Don Beyer (VA-08), Jamie Raskin (MD-08), Anthony Brown (MD-04), Jennifer Wexton (VA-10), and David Trone (MD-06).
