Brown and Senator Chris Van Hollen, led Maryland Delegation Members Senator Ben Cardin and Congressmen Dutch Ruppersberger, John Sarbanes, Kweisi Mfume, Jamie Raskin, and David Trone in a letter to Governor Larry Hogan calling for his Administration to reform and improve vaccine distribution by adopting best practices from other states around the country.
