On the evening of Tuesday, September 25, Congressman Steny Hoyer held his second telephone town hall with the participation of more than 3,800 constituents from the 5th Congressional District. During the 45-minute town hall session, the Congressman gave an update on recent Congressional action and addressed a variety of questions, ranging in topic from local traffic congestion to the war in Iraq.
