Hoyer Meets with Management Team at Webster Field

ST. INIGOES, MD –Yesterday, Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-5) met with the management team of the Rapid Capability Engineering & Integration Department (AIR-4.11) at the Webster Field Annex of Naval Air Station Patuxent River to discuss their priorities and opportunities for future growth. AIR-4.11 includes all of the operations at Webster Field.

"I want to thank Chris Utara and his new management team for meeting with me today to discussthe progress at Webster Field and its critical importance to our military readiness and operations," stated Congressman Hoyer. "Pax River is both a key component of our country's national security and a job-creator for the local economy in the Fifth District and Maryland, and I applaud all of the great work being done at Webster Field. I am committed to protecting Pax River and I will continue to work to ensure they have the needed resources and the policies in place to succeed in their missions and expand their work."

Rep. Hoyer also met with Vice Admiral David Dunaway, Commander of Naval Air Systems Command at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, to discuss priorities for Pax River, including challenges and opportunities of naval aviation.
