Loveless visited the Capitol today to meet with Congressman Hoyer and she participated in events on Capitol Hill to recognize the talented young artists who won similar competitions in other Congressional districts. Congressman Steny Hoyer, a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee and the only member from Maryland, today announced that the House of Representatives passed the Fiscal Year 2006 Energy and Water Appropriations Bill last night which included $15.2 million for Baltimore Harbor maintenance dredging and $13.4 for the Poplar Island Project.
