175 Main Street, Prince Frederick, MD 20678 Funding would be used to establish an alternative Emergency Operations Center for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. This funding is a good use of taxpayer dollars because it will allow Calvert Cliffs Power Plant to meet Federal Department of Homeland Security preparedness guidelines, and help protect the safety and security of residents, employees, and food and water supply of Calvert County, in the event of a disaster affecting the Calvert Cliffs Plant.
